MOIL, Formerly Manganese Ore (India) Ltd, invites applications from young vibrant candidates (For its Mines / H.O.), who are willing to grow with MOIL for the following posts.

Chief (Survey) - 1 Post (UR)
1. a) Graduate from a recognized University /Institute or equivalent.
b) Surveyor’s certificate of Competency (U/R).
OR
a) Dip .in Mining and Mine Surveying / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent, along with exemption certificate of Surveyor’s (U/R).
2. Scale of pay - Rs.29100-3%-54500/- (E-04). The CTC is around Rs.17.56 lakhs. The Pay Scale is due for upward revision w.e.f. 01/01/2017.
3. Age below 44 years (Relaxable as per Govt. guidelines).
4. Minimum 11 years’ experience in Surveying U/G mines, out of which 2 years experience in immediate lower scale (IDA) or equivalent (CDA) for external candidate and for internal candidate 1 year. For candidates from private sector
CTC should be 10 lakhs (approx.) per annum minimum.

Assistant Manager (Survey) - 1 Post (ST)
1. a) Graduate from a recognized University /Institute or equivalent.
b) Surveyor’s certificate of Competency (U/R).
OR
a) Dip .in Mining and Mine Surveying / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent, along with exemption certificate of Surveyor’s (U/R).
2. Scale of pay - Rs.12600-3%-32500/- (E-00). The CTC is around Rs.7.70 lakhs. The Pay Scale is due for upward revision w.e.f. 01/01/2017.
3. Age below 28 years (Relaxable as per Govt. guidelines).
4. 2 years post qualification experience.

Jr.Steno (NE-04) - 5 Posts (2 PWD, 3 UR)
1. a) Graduate
b) Having passed English/Hindi Shorthand at a speed of 80 WPM from Technical Board of Education.
c) Having passed English/Hindi Typewriting test at a Speed of 40/30 WPM respectively from Technical Board of Education.
d) To qualify in Shorthand and Typewriting tests at the speeds indicated above, to be conducted by a Selection Committee.
2. Scale of pay - Rs.10300-260-18100/- (NE-04). The CTC is around Rs.4.11 lakhs. The Pay Scale is due for upward revision w.e.f. 01/08/2017.
